Peter F.X. Callahan

Peter has 30+ years of litigation experience, including over 50 jury trials to verdict, and extensive representation of individuals injured as a result of other’s negligence, and as a partner in a large regional law firm representing doctors, hospitals, businesses and insurance companies. His background includes active-duty in the USMC as supervising prosecutor for NCIS, and as a county prosecutor in both Philadelphia and Delaware Counties. For 15 years his practice has been dedicated to serious injury claims ranging from complicated medical malpractice resulting in death and serious injury through more commonplace accidents.
